MANAGING YOUR TICKETS

INTRODUCING MATCHDAY CARDS

 

In the coming weeks, you will receive your matchday cards for Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

If you have 4 seats, you get 4 cards (one per seat location). Each person in your party can use their card to enter all home matches at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Can’t attend, no problem – you will be able to electronically transfer or sell your seats. We encourage you to review the educational tools included to best understand the ‘power of the card’.

If you need assistance managing your tickets online, please use the following

guides to assist you with the transferring or selling of your tickets

within your Atlanta United Account.

In order to manage your tickets you will need to log into your Atlanta United Account.

MOBILE - HOW TO VIEW TICKETS

Download the Atlanta United App

Press the Tickets Icon

Press Manage Single Game or Season Tickets

Enter your e-mail address and password then Press Sign In

Select the match you would like to View

 

Note: For easy access on matchday, save your ticket(s) to your phone's wallet

MOBILE - HOW TO TRANSFER TICKETS

Download the Atlanta United App

Press the Tickets Icon

Press Manage Single Game or Season Tickets

Enter your e-mail address and password then Press Sign In

Select the match you would like to Transfer

Press Transfer

Note: If you would like to transfer multiple tickets, press Select (top right) and select multiple tickets to Transfer

Enter the first/last name and the e-mail address of the recipient and Press Done

 

Press Complete Transfer

Your Transfer Offer has now been Sent

 

Your Contact will receive an email with instructions for Accepting your Transfer

MOBILE - HOW TO SELL YOUR TICKETS

Download the Atlanta United App

Press the Tickets Icon

Press Manage Single Game or Season

Enter your e-mail address and password and press Sign In

Select the game you would like to post for sale

Press Sell 

Note: If you would like to sell multiple seats, press Select (top right) and select all of the seats you would like to post for sale

Proceed through the initial Set Up process

Choose your Pricing Method

Choose the timing for the removal of your post

Set up Direct Deposit for your payment

Select Yes or No for allowing seat splits

If Applicable, select your Seat Details

Review your post and press Next

Enter the Price per Seat for your post

Select Post for Sale

Success!  

Note: You will be notified via e-mail when/if your tickets are Sold

 

 

 

 

DESKTOP - HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS

Log into your Atlanta United Account:

 

 

Select the game that you desire to transfer:

 

Select ‘Send’:

 

Select the seat location(s) that you desire to transfer:

 

 

Select 'Confirm':

 

 

Select ‘Copy Link’ and E-mail the Link to Your Recipient:

 

 

 

DESKTOP - HOW TO ACCEPT TRANSFERRED TICKETS

Open the link for your tickets that has been emailed/texted to you then Sign In (or Create a new account if you are a new user): 

 

 

 

 

Select 'Claim':

 

 

Your tickets are now in your account!:

 

 

 

DESKTOP - HOW TO SELL YOUR TICKETS

Log into your Atlanta United Account:

 

Select the game that you desire to sell:

 

Select ‘SELL' (Blue Button - Top Right):

 

 

Select the seat location(s) that you desire to sell:

 

 

Set Your Price:

 

 

Select ‘Update’ to complete your Profile:

 

 

Select 'Update' to Enter Your Banking Information, then press 'Continue':

 

 

Review Your Post and Select 'Confirm':

 

 

To Edit or Cancel Your Post, Log In and Select the Arrow-Circle Icon:

 

Select 'Edit' to Change Your Price or 'Cancel Posting' to Remove Your Post:
