MANAGING YOUR TICKETS

INTRODUCING MATCHDAY CARDS

 

In the coming weeks, you will receive your matchday cards for Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

If you have 4 seats, you get 4 cards (one per seat location). Each person in your party can use their card to enter all home matches at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Can’t attend, no problem – you will be able to electronically transfer or sell your seats. We encourage you to review the educational tools included to best understand the ‘power of the card’.

If you need assistance managing your tickets online, please use the following

guides to assist you with the transferring or selling of your tickets

within your Atlanta United Account.

In order to manage your tickets you will need to log into your Atlanta United Account.

MOBILE - HOW TO VIEW TICKETS

Download the Atlanta United App

Press the Tickets Icon

Press Manage Single Game or Season Tickets

You will be redirected to the Account Manager Page

Scroll down and select 'Manage Tickets'

 

Sign In

Select the match you would like to View

Select 'Scan Barcode' 

Swipe to see additional tickets

Optional: iPhone users can save tickets to Apple Wallet for easy matchday access

MOBILE - HOW TO TRANSFER TICKETS

Download the Atlanta United App

Press the Tickets Icon

Press Manage Single Game or Season Tickets

You will be redirected to the Account Manager Page

Scroll down and select 'Manage Tickets'

 

Sign In

Select the match you would like to Transfer

Select 'Send' 

Select the specific seat(s) you would like to send and press 'Send'

 

Review your selection and press 'Confirm'

Select 'Copy Link'

This link can be emailed, texted, or messaged to the recipient

Optional: You can enter the name in the field at the bottom to keep track of where you send tickets

Press the Tickets Icon

Press Manage Single Game or Season Tickets

You will be redirected to the Account Manager Page

Scroll down and select 'Manage Tickets'

 

Sign In

Select the match you would like to Sell

Select 'Sell' 

Select the specific seat(s) you would like to sell and press 'Continue'

 

Set your price and press 'Continue'

Review your post and press 'Confirm'

After a few minutes, your seats will be posted for sale

To Edit or Cancel your post, press the arrow circle and follow the prompts

 

 

 

 

DESKTOP - HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS

Log into your Atlanta United Account:

 

 

Select the game that you desire to transfer:

 

Select ‘Send’:

 

Select the seat location(s) that you desire to transfer:

 

 

Select 'Confirm':

 

 

Select ‘Copy Link’ and E-mail the Link to Your Recipient:

 

 

 

DESKTOP - HOW TO ACCEPT TRANSFERRED TICKETS

Open the link for your tickets that has been emailed/texted to you then Sign In (or Create a new account if you are a new user): 

 

 

 

 

Select 'Claim':

 

 

Your tickets are now in your account!:

 

 

 

DESKTOP - HOW TO SELL YOUR TICKETS

Log into your Atlanta United Account:

 

Select the game that you desire to sell:

 

Select ‘SELL' (Blue Button - Top Right):

 

 

Select the seat location(s) that you desire to sell:

 

 

Set Your Price:

 

 

Select ‘Update’ to complete your Profile:

 

 

Select 'Update' to Enter Your Banking Information, then press 'Continue':

 

 

Review Your Post and Select 'Confirm':

 

 

To Edit or Cancel Your Post, Log In and Select the Arrow-Circle Icon:

 

Select 'Edit' to Change Your Price or 'Cancel Posting' to Remove Your Post:
