MANAGING YOUR TICKETS

INTRODUCING MATCHDAY CARDS

 

If you have 4 seats, you get 4 cards (one per seat location). Each person in your party can use their card to enter all home matches at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Can’t attend, no problem – you will be able to electronically transfer or sell your seats. We encourage you to review the educational tools included to best understand the ‘power of the card’.

guides to assist you with the transferring or selling of your tickets

within your Atlanta United Account.

In order to manage your tickets you will need to log into your Atlanta United Account.

MOBILE - HOW TO VIEW TICKETS

Download the Atlanta United App

Press the Tickets Icon

Press Manage Tickets

Choose the applicable Sign In option

Sign In

 

Authorize the Connection to Ticketmaster

Select the match you would like to View

Select 'View Barcode'

 

Optional: Save tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay

MOBILE - HOW TO TRANSFER TICKETS

Download the Atlanta United App

Press the Tickets Icon

Press Manage Tickets

Choose the applicable Sign In option

Sign In

 

Authorize the Connection to Ticketmaster

Select the match you would like to Transfer

Select 'Send'

 

 

Select the tickets you would like to Send then press Send Tickets

Select your preferred method of sending tickets (Text or E-mail)

Send Your Tickets

MOBILE - HOW TO SELL YOUR TICKETS

 

Download the Atlanta United App

Press the Tickets Icon

Press Manage Tickets

Choose the applicable Sign In option

Sign In

 

Authorize the Connection to Ticketmaster

Select the match you would like to Transfer

Select 'Sell'

 

 

Select the ticket(s) you would like to Sell then press Set Price

Enter the amount you would like to receive when the tickets sell

 

Press Payout Method

Select your Payout Method

 

Note: Personal Check will be the only available option for your first sale; subsequent sales will allow for Direct Deposit

 

Press Confirm

 

Press Sell Ticket

Your Ticket is now Posted

 

DESKTOP - HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS

Log into your Atlanta United Account:

 

 

Select the game that you desire to transfer:

 

Select ‘Send’:

 

Select the seat location(s) that you desire to transfer:

 

 

Enter the information and e-mail address of the recipient & Press 'Send':

 

 

A Link has automatically been sent to Your Recipient; Select 'Done':

 

 

To Cancel the Transfer (prior to the recipient accepting the tickets), Select 'Edit/Manage':

 

 

Select 'Reclaim' and the tickets will be available in your account:

 

DESKTOP - HOW TO ACCEPT TRANSFERRED TICKETS

Open the link for your tickets that has been emailed/texted to you then Sign In (or Create a new account if you are a new user): 

 

 

 

 

Select 'Claim':

 

 

The tickets are now in your account and may be accessed through the Atlanta United app:

 

 

 

DESKTOP - HOW TO SELL YOUR TICKETS

Log into your Atlanta United Account:

 

 

Select the game that you desire to sell:

 

Select ‘Sell’:

 

Select the seat location(s) that you desire to sell:

 

Set your price then select 'Continue':

 

Select Your Account Type (Payment Option). Note: Your first payment will automatically be a Check by Mail; subsequent payments may be set up via Direct Deposit:

 

Update Your Seller Profile:

Confirm your posting details:

 

Your seats are Listed!  Note: To Edit or Cancel your posting, select the arrow circle and follow the prompts:
